Career

  1. Education

    Law, international trade, environmental engineering

    Baccalauréat B (economics), bachelor's in public & private law, master's year in marketing and international trade, then environmental engineer (QHSE-CSR). A legal, contractual and technical reading of the same file.

  2. 1991 — 2015 · 25 years

    Industry — WEEE, dismantling and recycling

    Collection, transport, sorting, dismantling and return of recycled raw materials to the supply chain: WEEE, cartridges and inks, end-of-life intelligent weapon systems. Three industrial sites in France classified ICPE (French regulated industrial installations) and SEVESO 1, and defence-classified, plus one site in the Middle East. Detailed traceability of everything collected, right through recycling.

  3. 2016 — 2023 · 7 years

    HQSE — CSR engineering consultancy

    Engineering for small and mid-sized manufacturers: preparing and maintaining ICPE site files with DREAL, DRAAF and SDIS — the French environmental, agricultural and fire-safety authorities; support on ISO, MASE and FDES certification. Alongside this, developing complete Smart Building solutions — photovoltaics and hydrogen fuel cells — for businesses and private clients, since 2015.

  4. 2023 — 2024

    QHSE audits — agricultural cooperative

    HQSE-CSR audits across a grain cooperative group spanning six départements: safety of installations and of the people working on them, silo facilities, farm supply stores, and updating the ICPE site files with DREAL.

  5. 2024 — 2025

    Food processing, metalworking, HSE consulting

    Quality, methods, environment and safety on a food-processing site; then HSE engineer on a metalworking production site under ICPE controlled declaration; then an HSE consulting assignment with a defence-classified industrial client.

  6. 2025 — 2026

    QHSE — CSR director, industrial holding group

    QHSE-CSR management for three subsidiaries, across the whole of France: three end-of-life vehicle (ELV) dismantling and recycling sites under ICPE registration and authorisation, an automotive site project, and a building-trades company operating through some twenty branches.

  7. 2026

    EXPERTISE QHSE founded

    Engineering & environment consultancy, advisory and foresight in sustainable performance. Quality specialism: the ISO standards as a whole and the MASE framework; HSE specialism: audits and the development plans that follow them.

Outside the office

Registered with the French Triathlon Federation, and an athlete since childhood: tennis, badminton, cycling, and triathlon for twenty-nine years over sprint and Olympic distances. A keen reader, and a lover of cinema, theatre and painting. Triathlon looks a lot like a certification project — the preparation matters more than race day.
